Meet Chantelle

The real estate market and business is full of challenges to be faced head on and overcome.  Is that something you are prepared to take on alone or would you like that weight lifted off your shoulders.  Be confident in the fact that I am passionate about your future.

Over the last 5 years of selling real estate in the Gallatin County, I have seen tremendous growth and opportunity alike for all aspects of the community.  I do consider this profession, not a part-time, work from home, way to make a little extra income.  I am committed to this industry and especially this community.   I demonstrate that commitment through my involvement in various boards, committees and my willingness to lend a hand when and wherever I can make a difference.  I feel we have a responsibility to ourselves, our associates and our community to be a positive force, not a burden or liability.

My real estate resume includes serving now 1 ½ years on the Government Affairs Committee for the Gallatin Association of Realtors®, including the honor of serving as the 2007 committee chair.  I had big shoes to fill and wasn’t sure I was prepared, but through the support of the committee and staff at GAR, I have continued to try to raise awareness about the issues we are facing for and against our industry, encourage others to get involved and to make sure our property rights are preserved and protected as intended in the constitution.  We have to be informed and we have to be proactive.

I was also just elected by my peers to serve as a local board member for the Gallatin Association of Realtors®, and I look forward to continue my involvement by becoming educated on a more broad scope about the picture of the real estate profession in Gallatin County, continuing to work towards making our business a professional industry and an asset to our fellow associates, affiliates and community.

I also will be serving as the Vice Chair of Membership for the Gallatin County Republican Women for 2008 and hoping to find a City or County volunteer board position as well.

On a more personal level, I volunteer at my children’s school (Manhattan Christian School) for various fund raising activities and classroom opportunities.  I have a wonderful husband, Nick, who is also my real estate partner and you will find him helping and heading up many of our transactions and equally involved in the community, schools and associations.  We are enjoying the challenging and rewarding task of raising our twin boys who are 3rd graders this year and we do all of this and owe all of our many blessings to Jesus.

What a country, state and city we live in.  Let us help you discover the wonders of Bozeman and the Gallatin County!
